Jeffry Batie, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac.
Jeff is a licensed acupuncturist with over 20 years experience in the alternative healthcare field. Originally licensed to practice in Oregon in 1990, he has provided acupuncture services in a variety of multidisciplinary clinical settings that offered both conventional western and alternative medical treatment modalities.
With a strong belief in the integrated healthcare approach, Jeff recently joined forces with Dr. Michael Underhill, owner of 180° Chiropractic Clinic, where chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapies are offered. Jeff feels chiropractic care and acupuncture care work exceptionally well together to accelerate healing from musculoskeletal injuries, offering patients maximum benefit. His acupuncture style has been strongly influenced by the Tan Balance Method, a technique well suited to pain management.
Jeff is a graduate of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, OR and nationally certified by the National
Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He resides in Portland with his wife Shannon and their two
daughters, Brittany and Hannah.
